oregon was really good to us this year, we spent three wonderful nights on the beach in yachats (go there! we loved it!) and then off to bend (which we also love) for our annual family vacation. i’m getting back into the swing of things in the cove, starting with our summer sale! hope summer is treating you well, more soon. xox
this blog is on a summer holiday!
many thanks to the lovely fiona for holding down the fort in the cove. pop by to say hello and to bring her tea (and cake).
here’s to summer adventures. xox
at fiona’s request we’ve just received some roald dahl mugs from scotland. cute! $16/each
happy friday everyone! the long awaited sunshine is here…a quick cove update….
the iconic blue/green railings have been replaced with shiny black ones. i was sad to see the old railings go but c’est la vie!
we have some great summer reading in the shop. uppercase 14, kinfolk, gather and pure green living. the summer issue of anthology magazine will be out soon too. i love some good old ink on paper and stepping away from the internets is a good thing.
GELATO! stop by the shop for a visit on saturday and sunday (while supplies last) and pick up a gift certificate for a scoop of gelato from our neighbors at gelato express. i’m a big fan of the blood orange sorbet. see you soon! xox
thanks to eric at gelato express for scooping up the gelato & being my hand model.
love these new friendship bracelet sets from chan luu, $45 for two. here are all the lovely colour combos.
you can now pick-up kinfolk magazine in the cove.
in store now and available online soon. now we just need some summer ’round here, apparently tomorrow’s the day…fingers and toes crossed.
