We want you to love your special things, but in the event that something doesn't work out, you may send back the parcel (postage paid) within 10 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in their new, original, un-used, condition.

Please send us an email or give us a call to receive an RA# (return authorization) as we cannot process returns/exchanges without it.

All sale items, bath products, custom & special orders are final sale. Seasonal items (ornaments, holiday) are also final sale.

For our USA & International Customers: Please be advised that any customs or brokerage fees incurred upon return back to us will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If you have any questions about how to fill out the paperwork for international shipping, we're happy to help.

BC 12% HST

ON, NL, NB 13% HST

AB, SK, MB, PE, NT, NU, YT, QC 5% GST

NS 15% HST
