$20.00 flat rate shipping for orders within Canada. I know, twenty bucks!? It's a lot, but the reality is shipping is quite expensive. We charge actual shipping, so if it's more than $20 you win and if it's less than $20 (by more than two bucks) we will refund you the difference.
Please contact us for a shipping quote for destinations outside Canada. We'll need to know what you'd like to order along with your mailing address and we can get a shipping quote for you.
For our locals, you can select the free "IN-STORE PICK-UP" option and we'll have your order ready for pick-up in Deep Cove.
We ship via Canada Post. In stock items ship out within 3 business days and take between 1-10 days to reach most destinations. If you need something sooner, please send us a note and we're happy to provide an estimate for Express shipping.
Canada Post provides the same shipping timelines during this season. We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible and have found it's a good idea to leave extra time.

Due to customs clearance which is beyond our control, orders to the United States can take longer and any duties, fees or taxes are the recipients responsibility.
Within Canada, you may return purchases within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be in new, un-worn condition. Bath products and all discounted and sale items are final sale.
Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on orders shipped to the United States so please make your selections carefully and let us know if we can answer any questions.
